Our Club Objective
The objective of the DTDC is to promote, encourage, and foster the
principles and ideals of the Democrat Party in Deptford Township, Gloucester County, in the State of New Jersey.
Who May Join
To be a member of the DTDC one must be
a Deptford Township resident and a registered Democrat voter.
Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming
a member of our organization. One benefit is that our members are close friends, who always have a good time - either
working or playing - because of the sharing of a common belief system and the sharing of the rewards of making a significant
difference.
Our elected officials in Deptford Township have all come from our Deptford Democrat
Club ranks.
The purpose of this organization is to increase the popularity of
our common interests. We hope to add new members so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun when we are
together and working on projects. By developing relationships and friendships, the organization will become even stronger.
The specific purposes of the DTDC are as follows:
- Elevate the standards of the Democrat Party
- Suggest the means and the ways to perfect and advance the democratic system and its goals.
- Provide a base to perform outreach programs which will nourish and propagate the ideals and
principles of the Democratic Party throughout Deptford Township, Gloucester County, and New Jersey.
- Establish and secure a good working relationship with the Democratic elected officials.
- Encourage, assist, and support club members who aspire to Public Offices.
- Facilitate a closer personal relationship among all club members. Club and other Democratic
Party officials will work together to publicize the DTDC through knowledge and friendship
